Reflectrade is a web-based trading journal and analytics product. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Reflectrade.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address and login details, when you create an account.
• Profile and settings information you choose to add, such as display name, phone number, bio, timezone, currency, and account capital.
• Trading journal content you create in the app, including trades, notes, tags, strategy details, rule-compliance data, anchors, tasks, analytics-related inputs, and similar workspace content.
• Files and images you upload, such as trade screenshots.
• Subscription and billing information, such as your plan tier, payment status, provider customer identifiers, and subscription identifiers. Payment card and payment-method details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Reflectrade.
• Usage, device, and diagnostic information, such as browser type, app interactions, IP-derived metadata, logs, and error information that help us secure and improve the service.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account and provide access to Reflectrade.
• To store, sync, and display your journal, analytics, screenshots, and subscription data.
• To process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and manage billing-related support.
• To communicate with you about account actions, transactional emails, product updates, and support requests.
• To monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and understand how the service is used.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate Reflectrade. These providers may process your information on our behalf for hosting, authentication, storage, billing, email delivery, analytics, and support.

• Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel for application hosting and delivery.
• Dodo Payments for subscription checkout, billing, and payment processing.
• Zoho Mail for transactional and support email.
• Market-data providers such as Yahoo Finance and Binance to power charts and symbol data.
• Additional analytics or monitoring providers if and when we enable them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information as needed to operate Reflectrade, comply with the law, protect users, or complete a business transfer.

• With vendors and infrastructure providers that help us run the service.
• If required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
• To investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Reflectrade, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data where reasonably possible, subject to backups, fraud-prevention needs, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can access and update certain profile and workspace information from within the app.
• You can cancel a paid subscription from your account settings or by contacting support.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support@reflectrade.com.
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information.

International Transfers

Reflectrade and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

Children's Privacy

Reflectrade is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page.
