Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reflectrade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. In these Terms, "Reflectrade," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Reflectrade service.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Reflectrade.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

What Reflectrade Provides

Reflectrade is a software product for journaling trades, organizing trading workflows, reviewing performance, and analyzing trading-related data. Features may change over time, and some features may only be available on certain subscription tiers.

No Financial Advice

Reflectrade is an educational, journaling, and analytics tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and any losses you may incur.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Some parts of Reflectrade are offered on a paid subscription basis.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
• By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Prices, plan limits, and features may change from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes in advance.
• You may cancel your subscription from within the app or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or government charges related to your subscription.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to data, accounts, infrastructure, or APIs.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, including malware, phishing material, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or exploit Reflectrade in a way that harms us, other users, or third-party providers.
• Do not use Reflectrade in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Reflectrade, including journal entries, notes, screenshots, strategy content, and other user-generated material.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Reflectrade.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Reflectrade at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

• You may stop using Reflectrade at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual-property provisions, will survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Reflectrade is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflectrade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or trading losses arising from or related to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Reflectrade after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
